Our Ministry Model And Process
At Fellowship, we utilize what is known as a “celebration/cell” ministry model. This simply means that we gather together collectively once a week for our worship services and we break out into small groups during the week to better care for our members. Our small groups are known as Community Groups. Community Groups are where deep relationships are formed and our faith encounters everyday life. Please see our Ministries page for a more detailed description of our worship services and Community Groups.
Our ministry process is all about loving God and loving others. We know that Christ has called us to be difference makers for His kingdom when He gave us the charge to “go and make disciples of all nations.” A disciple is a person who is a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. We help people become fully devoted followers of Christ by meeting them where they are in life and helping them grow closer to God. This can be summed up in our mission to reach seekers, build believers, and release leaders to influence the world for Christ.
