Grace

Grace isn't an add on or after thought of God. Through the redemptive work of Jesus, grace becomes a life saving, undeserved gift. When properly understood grace should amaze us and change us. Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 2:11-12

Truth

Truth with a capital "T" is truth that endures all cultures, times and seasons. God's word is Truth and we are to value it highly, hold on to it preciously and share it lovingly. Ephesians 4:15, John 8:32, 2 Timothy 2:25

Community

God rightly defined and understood isn't just interested in community, He is community. We see it on display in the unity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Since we are made in His image we too were formed to be in community and Christ transforms our lives for community. John 17:11,20-21

Externally Focused

Simply put, It's not about us! As Christ followers our focus is to be outward as we seek to be salt and light in three areas. Serving others inside the church as we build up the body with the gifts he has given us. Serving our city as we seek to be a blessing to the community through word and deed. Serving the nations as we step outside our culture to bring the hope of Jesus globally. Ephesians 2:10, 1 Corinthians 12:5-6, 1 Peter 4:10, Mathew 28:18-20, Isaiah 1:17

Authenticity

We are all "works in progress," therefore our desire is to be real (honest and unpretentious) with one another. Seeking to love all with a pure heart and sincere faith. Helping each other become more like Christ until He calls us home. 1 Timothy 1:5, 1 Corinthians 13:4,5,7

Generosity

Christ in us should make us the most generous people on the planet. Radical generosity is the result of understanding that it is in Christ that we live and move and have our being, which results in sharing what we've been given to advance the Kingdom to the Glory of God. 1 Thessalonians 1:6, Luke 6:38

Prayer

Prayer isn't a part of the strategy, prayer is the strategy. We will seek to make it an integral part of every ministry endeavor we seek to accomplish. Colossians 4:2, Philippians 4:6, Ephesians 6:18, Luke 18:1, Romans 12:12, Micah 7:7
